Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your use of broadband internet access and other related services provided by Auriganet Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
1.1 Auriganet
Auriganet Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered under the Companies Act, having its administrative office at In Centre, Office No. 303, Thakkar Height, Subhash Nagar, Opp. Ceat Tyres, Nahur West, Mumbai – 400078.
Auriganet, which expression shall include its successors and permitted assigns, is engaged in providing broadband internet access and related services.
1.2 Bandwidth
“Bandwidth” refers to the amount of information that can be transmitted over a network within a given period of time.
1.3 Equipment
“Equipment” means the hardware and/or software components required to enable the services for the Subscriber.
1.4 Internet
“Internet” refers to the global network of interconnected computers and communication systems using the Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
1.5 Information
“Information” means visual, textual, or other content made available to Subscribers directly or indirectly through the internet using services provided by Auriganet.
1.6 Services
“Services” refers to the broadband internet access and related services provided by Auriganet that allow Subscribers to access the internet using provisioned bandwidth.
1.7 Subscriber
“Subscriber” refers to any individual or entity, as defined under the General Clauses Act, 1897, or any other applicable law or regulation issued by the Government of India, who uses Auriganet Services or any Third Party Services. This also includes any person acting on behalf of the Subscriber.
1.8 Third Party Content
“Third Party Content” refers to any information, software, or other material provided by independent third parties that may be accessed through the Services.
1.9 Third Party Services
“Third Party Services” refers to value-added services such as VoIP, CCTV services, OTT subscriptions, or other services provided by third-party service or content providers that may be offered along with Auriganet services.
Auriganet reserves the right to verify the information provided by the Subscriber in the service application form. Auriganet may use such information at its discretion and reserves the right to approve or refuse service requests from any applicant.
